Electronic tax services in Uzbekistan
The main electronic tax services portal is my.soliq.uz. It provides access to tax returns, payments, applications and taxpayer information. The links below help business owners and accountants with tasks ranging from signing in with a digital signature to checking a counterparty, filing returns and obtaining certificates.
At a glance:
- Start at my.soliq.uz for everyday tax work, and at my.gov.uz for individual certificate and application services.
- Select the account of the person or entity you are acting for: a company, an individual entrepreneur or an individual.
- Filing a return, paying a tax and registering an invoice are separate operations. Keep confirmation of each.
- Use the official E-IMZO website for digital signatures; separate systems handle statistical reports and pension contribution registers.
- If a direct service link does not open, start from the relevant portal's home page and search for the service by name.
Electronic services and taxpayer account
Choose your task in the table, then read the explanations below. A public service description and personal information in an account have different access requirements: being able to read the description does not mean you can submit an application without signing in.
| Where to go | Task | What to prepare |
|---|---|---|
| Taxpayer account | File a tax return or check assessed taxes | Access to the relevant company, the reporting period and accounting data |
| E-IMZO | Obtain a digital signature or install the module | The holder's details and the identification method specified on the portal |
| Service No. 126 on my.gov.uz | Obtain a tax debt certificate | Sign-in access to the Single Portal |
| Service No. 119 on my.gov.uz | Check a VAT payer | Identification details of the person or entity being checked |
| E-ijara | Register a lease agreement | The agreement and details of the parties and property |
| eStat | Submit a statistical report | The list of forms applicable to your TIN and the reporting period |
| Xalq Bank's system | Submit a pension contribution register | Employee and contribution details |
| Foreign trade information system on my.gov.uz | Enter a foreign trade contract | Contract details and sign-in access |
Tax portal addresses
The Tax Committee announced the merger of my.soliq.uz and my3.soliq.uz, retaining the main services, accounts and user data. Start at my.soliq.uz and follow any automatic redirect to the updated platform. According to the announcement, the migration does not require you to create another account.
Signing in to your taxpayer account
Start work on returns and applications by signing in to your taxpayer account. Once signed in, check the company name or individual's full name, identification number and selected period. This is particularly useful for accountants working with several companies.
Digital signature and identification
| Service and link | Purpose and practical details |
|---|---|
| E-IMZO | Official electronic digital signature (EDS) website, providing keys, software and instructions. Download the module from this website and follow its installation and testing guide. |
| TIN lookup | A taxpayer identification number (TIN) appears as STIR in Uzbek interfaces; an individual's personal identification number (PINFL) appears as JShShIR. My.gov.uz has a separate TIN lookup service. Do not enter the company's TIN in the field for the signature holder's PINFL. |
| Company account | To sign company documents, select the relevant legal entity and a key available to it. Signing in to an individual's personal account does not, by itself, give access to company services. |
Before signing, check the certificate holder, its validity period and the document you are submitting. Do not share your private key or password with a support operator.
If your account or signature does not work
Check the website address, internet connection, computer date and time, whether the E-IMZO module is running, and the certificate's expiry date. Then try signing in again from the portal's home page. If the error affects only one service, record its name, the time, the error message and the document number; check the log for a result from your previous attempt.
Official maintenance notices and support channels are published on the Tax Committee's page. The Committee's contact information lists the short number 1198. To request help, describe the problem and attach a screenshot of the error without including passwords or the key file.
AI SOLIQ
AI SOLIQ is an additional tool for analysing tax information and obtaining explanations. In its launch announcement of 30 July 2026, the Committee describes services for analysing companies, tax reliefs and reporting, including explanations of electronic invoice risks. Use its answers to help check your data; monitor the submission of returns and applications through their status in the relevant system.
Registration, leases and foreign companies
This section brings together services for registering particular items and tax statuses. Choose the service that matches your task: registering a lease, registering a foreign supplier for VAT and registering a permanent establishment follow different procedures.
| Service and link | Purpose and practical details |
|---|---|
| Lease agreements — ijara.soliq.uz | Prepare details of the landlord, tenant, property and agreement. Once registration is complete, save the registration details and check them with the other party. Additional lease services appear in the official catalogue. |
| VAT for foreign suppliers of electronic services — tax.uz | This is a dedicated portal for foreign companies. Select the appropriate registration and account section there, rather than a standard service for a local company. |
| Permanent establishments or separate subdivisions of foreign companies — service No. 1112 on my.gov.uz | Use this service to apply for registration or deregistration and obtain a confirmation document or certificate. Before completing the form, prepare the documents listed in the service description. This procedure is separate from registering a foreign electronic services supplier on tax.uz. |
| Special VAT registration and applications to change tax regimes — my.soliq.uz | Find the VAT registration service in your account, then check the submitted application's status and the resulting decision. The Committee's instructions also show where to submit a notification of a switch to the simplified VAT procedure. |
| Foreign trade contracts — Unified Electronic Information System for Foreign Trade Operations, service No. 96 | The Single Portal's service allows you to submit information to the foreign trade operations system and check contract and outstanding debt status. The Customs Committee provides this service; use the current service page for this task instead of an old bookmark for the foreign trade contract service. |
If you need to establish whether a foreign company's activities qualify as electronic services or create a permanent establishment, first examine how the business operates. The article on VAT on electronic services explains the first case, and the guide to permanent establishments covers the second. This directory provides service entry points once you have chosen the appropriate procedure.
Taxes, payments and certificates
Use the company account to work with its tax balances and transactions. For a certificate to provide to a bank, customer or partner, choose the separate document issuance service.
Checking balances and paying taxes
| Service and link | Purpose and practical details |
|---|---|
| Assessed taxes, payments and balances — my.soliq.uz | Reconcile the figures for each tax and period: assessed, paid, offset and outstanding. A total tax debt figure does not explain which transaction caused a discrepancy. |
| Tax authority treasury account details | Find the relevant account by location. Before paying, check the tax, region and recipient account; afterwards, retain the bank confirmation and check that the amount appears in your taxpayer account. The Committee also reminds taxpayers to check account details before payment. |
| Bank and treasury account details of legal entities | Available through a separate information service. Do not confuse a company's account details with the treasury account used to pay tax. |
| Tax calculators — my.soliq.uz | Find the calculator in the portal's service list. Before using the result, check the selected tax, period and inputs; a calculator result is not a submitted tax return. |
| “My calendar” — taxpayer account | Compare upcoming and submitted reports with the forms applicable to your particular company. In your own work calendar, track report submissions and payments separately. |
Certificates, overpayments and reliefs
| Service and link | Purpose and practical details |
|---|---|
| Certificate confirming the presence or absence of tax debt | According to the my.gov.uz service description, individuals and legal entities can use it after signing in. Save the generated document and its issue date. |
| Information on a legal entity's tax overpayments | This service shows overpayments; obtaining information and applying for a refund are separate actions. |
| Refund or offset of a company's tax overpayment | In your my.soliq.uz account, find the service for refunding and offsetting legal entities' overpaid taxes. The Committee's guide explains how to complete the application. Check the tax type, amount and account details, then save the application number. |
| Certificate of tax residence in the Republic of Uzbekistan | This is a separate service for individuals and legal entities. Enter the details and period needed for the particular transaction, and retain the issued certificate. |
| Tax relief directory — my.soliq.uz | Find the directory in the service list to look up a relief and its basis. A separate account service handles applications to apply a legal entity's tax relief; its location is shown in the official E-Imtiyoz instructions. Finding an entry in the directory does not, by itself, confirm the outcome of your application. |
| Central Bank exchange rate archive | Select the date, currency and quoted number of currency units, rather than simply using today's rate. Save the rate used for the particular transaction. |
If your account shows a tax debt or overpayment, the next steps depend on its cause. The guide to tax refunds and offsets helps explain overpayments, while the article on tax debt covers assessments, demands and collection.
Reporting, invoices and cash registers
For each type of report, check the recipient, period and processing result as well as the file itself. Tax returns, statistical forms and pension contribution registers go to different systems.
Tax reporting
On my.soliq.uz, select reporting for the relevant taxpayer. A practical workflow is:
- Check the company, return type and period. Open the current form rather than a saved template for another year.
- Compare the inputs and automatically populated data with your accounting records: turnover, invoices, payroll and other figures required by the form.
- Run the checks provided by the service and resolve error messages before signing.
- Sign and submit the return. Save its number and submission confirmation.
- Open the log and check the processing result. A draft or submission message should not be treated as confirmation of acceptance.
- Save the submitted version, attachments, processing result and subsequent correspondence in the folder for the relevant period.
If you have already submitted a return containing an error, first check whether it was accepted and determine whether an amended return is needed. Do not resubmit the same file simply because the first attempt was slow. Compare the original and corrected figures, including the correction's effect on the calculation and payment.
Statistics, the unified reporting system and pension registers
| Service and link | Purpose and practical details |
|---|---|
| eStat — hisobot.stat.uz | Handles electronic statistical reporting. Before completing a form, check the list of reports to be submitted: the current link from the Statistics Committee's website opens a OneID sign-in page. Once signed in, check the list for your company rather than a similar business. |
| Unified Reporting System — hisobot.gov.uz | Is another access point for reporting forms and instructions. Check whether the required form is supported and which authority receives it; the existence of a unified portal does not mean every form has automatically moved from its specialist system. |
| Xalq Bank's electronic registers | Used to submit funded pension contribution details. Reconcile employees' personal information, amounts and the period, and retain the register's processing result. |
| Certificate of registration in the funded pension system | Separate Xalq Bank service for checking an individual's registration details. It is not the form employers use to submit their monthly register. |
It is useful to maintain a single working list with the form, system, period, deadline, responsible person, submission date, status and a link to the saved confirmation. This shows what has been accepted and what still requires action.
Financial statements have their own content and purpose. To determine which financial forms to prepare and whom to submit them to, see the article on financial statements. This directory covers the services and how to monitor document submission.
Electronic invoices and document exchange
Operator platforms handle invoices and document exchange, while separate registers are used to check cash registers and classify products. Choose the tool that fits the particular operation.
| Service and link | Purpose and practical details |
|---|---|
| Soliqservis | Service for electronic documents and invoices. |
| Faktura.uz | Electronic document management platform. |
| Didox | Platform for exchanging electronic documents with counterparties. |
These are separate operator platforms, rather than three addresses for the Tax Committee's taxpayer account. Before signing up, compare the documents supported, integration with your accounting software, terms for exchanging documents with counterparties and the current price plan. Inclusion in this list does not mean the service is free.
Before sending a document, check the parties' TINs, date, items, quantities, units of measurement, amount and VAT. After sending it, check its status with the operator; a saved draft, a document awaiting approval and an accepted document are different stages.
The article on invoices explains the rules for preparing and correcting electronic invoices. It is useful when your question concerns the document's content; this section helps you choose a service and check the result of the exchange.
Cash registers, receipts and classifications
| Service and link | Purpose and practical details |
|---|---|
| State register of online cash register machines | Check a cash register model. |
| Register of virtual cash registers | Check a cash register software product. |
| Register of technical service centres | Find a service provider. Check the current register entries before choosing a cash register or centre: the Committee publishes changes and removals. |
| Tasnif | Unified Electronic National Catalogue of Products and Services. Find the appropriate product or service identification code (IKPU, shown as MXIK in the Uzbek interface), and match the item description and unit of measurement to the actual product or service. |
| Asl Belgisi | Digital marking system. Use its instructions and account for operations involving marked goods; the marking code for an individual unit and the product code in Tasnif serve different purposes. |
| Register of marketplaces and payment systems | Provides information for checking the platform through which payments are processed. |
| Corporate card receipts — my.soliq.uz | A dedicated section handles registration of receipts for payments made using legal entities' corporate cards; the Committee's instructions show how to search by QR code or receipt details. Match the receipt to the expense and the cardholder. |
Counterparties, inspections and registers
Start checking a partner with its identification number, rather than its name alone. Save the date and result of each search: company details and tax status can change.
Partner information
| Service and link | Purpose and practical details |
|---|---|
| Registered business information | Check registration details. Match the company found to the name and TIN in the contract. |
| VAT payer information | Query tax status; an alternative entry point is the register on my.soliq.uz. Check the result for the transaction date. |
| Tax debt information | Additional source when assessing a partner. Do not confuse this check with a certificate concerning your own company's tax position. |
| Bankruptcy information | Provides a separate check of a business entity's status. |
| List of large taxpayers | Provides reference information on this category of organisations. |
| Mandatory audit service | Provides information in the business checking section. Pay attention to the indicator's name and period: being required to undergo an audit and having completed one are different facts. |
An entry in one register does not replace checking the signatory's authority, the contract and actual delivery. If information conflicts, request an explanation and supporting documents before completing the transaction.
Tax authority documents and inspection information
To verify an electronic document, use the my.soliq.uz service or the tax document repository. The repository supports searches by document details or hash; copy the details from the document you received without abbreviating them.
If you receive an inspection notice, open it in your taxpayer account and compare its number, date, authority and inspector details with the documents presented to you. If an old inspector verification link is unavailable, start with the current account portal and the Committee's official contact channel. Compare a screenshot or forwarded file with the original electronic document.
Verifying a document's authenticity establishes its origin. The articles on tax audits and appeals against the tax authority explain how to respond when an inspection is ordered and how to challenge a decision. They are useful when you need to choose your next procedure.
Frequently asked questions
Which tax portal should I use?
Start at my.soliq.uz and follow any automatic redirect to the updated platform. The portal merger announcement states that user accounts are preserved and repeat registration is not required. If an old bookmark for an internal section does not open, find the service from the home page.
Why can I not see company services after signing in?
First check the selected user type and taxpayer: an individual, individual entrepreneur or legal entity. Then check the digital signature certificate and access to the relevant company. If the details are correct, record the missing service's name and contact support. You do not need to send your password or private key file.
How can I check that a return has been accepted?
Check the processing result in the log of the system used to submit it. Save the return number, period, submitted version and acceptance confirmation. If an error is displayed or the document remains a draft, the task is not complete. Bank confirmation of a tax payment relates to the payment and does not confirm acceptance of the return.
Where can I obtain a certificate confirming no tax debt?
Use service No. 126 on my.gov.uz after signing in. It generates a certificate confirming the presence or absence of debt. If you need the document for a particular application, check the recipient's requirements for the certificate's date and format. To investigate individual assessments, also open the company's tax transactions in its taxpayer account.
Can I submit statistical reports through the taxpayer account?
Use eStat for statistics and first check the list of forms by TIN. On hisobot.gov.uz, check whether the particular form is available and which authority receives it. Do not assume a statistical form has been submitted simply because a tax return for the same period was accepted: check the result in the system that receives that form.
What should I do if a service link does not open?
Go to the service provider's home page, sign in if required, and search again by service name. For tax operations, this is my.soliq.uz; for government certificates, my.gov.uz. Check official maintenance notices. Before resubmitting a return, application or payment, make sure the first operation was not completed.
