We identify the licences, permits and notifications your activity needs in Uzbekistan, prepare the application and handle the authority's requests until the licence is issued. The fee is $500–1,000 per licence, fixed in the quote within one business day. State fees, laboratory and technical assessments are paid separately; complex regulated sectors are quoted individually.
We work in English, Russian and Uzbek.

Yusolve, Oroox Lab and Linestar Group are among the firm's clients. Our clients and team
For a business starting a regulated activity, adding a location or service, renewing or changing a licence, or addressing an application deficiency. We establish the correct legal route before treating the matter as a standard licensing application.
| Service | Fee |
|---|---|
| Licence application — agreed activity and scope | $500–1,000, fixed in the quote |
The $500–1,000 covers the licensing assignment described in the quote. Activity, premises, staff, equipment, the document set and the regulator's requirements set the scope. Financial, crypto and other complex regulated-sector projects are assessed individually.
State fees, laboratory or technical assessments, translations and other external charges are separate. Premises, qualified staff and equipment are yours to provide; we tell you what the regulator will look for. We prepare and follow the application; the authority decides whether the requirements are met.

The fee is fixed in writing before work starts. The quote states the work, any third-party charges, applicable taxes, the invoicing currency and payment dates. Extra assignments are priced separately, never added silently.
A short summary is enough for the first email. Once we have looked at the task, we tell you how to hand over company, tax and employee documents.
Below is the work we take on. Your quote lists exactly which of these tasks, deliverables and reporting periods are included.
Classify the proposed activity, identify the responsible authority and determine whether the route is licensing, a permit, notification or another regulatory procedure. Record the initial requirements and documents.

Timing depends on eligibility, evidence of premises and staffing, technical assessments and the authority's procedure. Our one-business-day reply is a quote, not a licence date, and the activity cannot start until the permission is in place.
No universal scope is assumed. We assess the specific licence and documents first. Complex regulated-sector projects, additional approvals and continuing compliance require an individual written scope and quote.
Yes. We can identify the gaps and prepare an action plan before filing. The company must implement the required staffing, premises and operational arrangements; our role is defined in the engagement.
No. The authority determines whether the requirements are met. We prepare the agreed application and responses and explain the decision and possible next steps. A formal challenge is a separate assignment unless expressly included.
The law keeps three procedures apart: a licence for the activities in Annex 1, a permit document for those in Annex 2 and a notification for those in Annex 3. No authority may add a fourth. We map each of your operations to the right one, because one business often needs two of them.
Not for a licensed activity. The only exception is the authority's silence: if it neither issues the licence nor refuses within the statutory deadline, you may start and cannot be held liable. We track that deadline for you.
It is set by the law on state fees for each activity; filing through the unified portal costs 90% of the standard amount, and it is paid within 30 days of the decision to issue the licence. State fees are separate from our $500–1,000.
A licence is issued to the legal entity for an activity and is valid throughout the country, but it cannot be transferred to another entity. A separate company in the group needs its own application; a branch of the same entity is covered subject to the sector rules, which we check.
Platform and aggregator operators must be Uzbek-resident legal entities and meet the rules on service terms, payments, delivery, returns and personal data; a separate licence depends on the goods sold, for example alcohol and tobacco may not be sold online with delivery. We check the product list as well as the platform.
A fine on the legal entity within the statutory range, halved if 50% is paid within 15 days, and possible suspension of the activity. If you are already operating, we calculate the exposure and file the application immediately.
Describe the exact activity, locations and available staff or equipment. Tell us whether this is a first application, a change, a renewal or a response to an authority decision.
