Vacations for employees
All employees, including those working part-time, shall be provided with annual leave while preserving the right to average monthly salary. Annual leave should be provided before the end of a corresponding working year to which such annual leave pertains.
Annual leave should consist of at least 15 working days. Annual leave for the first working year may be provided after 6 months of employment in a company.
The duration of a vacation shall be counted in business days assuming a six-day workweek. Holidays falling on the vacation period shall not be taken into account when determining the length of the vacation.
Recalling employee from vacation is allowed with his consent.
