Rest hours for employees

During workday or shift employee should be given a break for having rest and meals, which shall not be included in work hours.

The duration of daily rest between the end of a workday (shift) and the beginning of the next cannot be less than 12 hours.

Engaging employee for work on days off and vacations is prohibited. Calling out employee for work on days off and vacations may be permitted in exceptional cases upon agreement with employees' representative body (labor union).
