In-country stay of foreign citizens

A foreign citizen legitimately arriving in Uzbekistan is allowed to travel and stay in any place within the territory of Uzbekistan, except for access restricted locations.

Within 2 days upon arrival in Uzbekistan, a foreign citizen must register with a territorial internal affair office at the location of a hotel or a resident house of an inviting party. A foreign citizen must undergo re-registration when the place of stay changes.
