Disciplinary action against employee
Employer has the right to administer following disciplinary measures to employee for violation of work discipline:
- reprimand
- fine up to 30% of employee's average monthly salary
- dismissal
A written explanation must be requested from employee before taking a disciplinary action. Refusal to provide an explanation shall not be an obstacle to administer a disciplinary action.
A disciplinary action can be taken within 1 month from the date of discovery of a committed work discipline violation (not counting periods of sick leave and vacations). A written order on the application of a disciplinary action must be announced to employee.
