Probationary period for hired employees

Employee can be hired on the condition of a paid probation of up to 3 months. Before the expiration of probationary period, employer and employee are entitled to terminate the employment contract by notifying the other party in writing 3 days in advance.

Probation cannot be applied to the following persons:

  • pregnant women
  • women with a child aged under 3
  • graduates of educational institutions applying for a job for the first time within 3 years from the date of graduation
  • employees hired for work continuing for less than 6 months
