Employment medical check up

Employer has to organize a preliminary medical checkup for the following persons when concluding an employment contract:

persons aged under 18
men aged over 60 and women aged over 55
disabled persons
persons to be employed in unfavorable (hazardous) working conditions, at night shifts as well as in works related to traffic
persons to be employed in food industry, retail trade and other industries directly serving people
employees of educational institutions directly involved in teaching or raising children
