Employee severance pay
When employee is dismissed due to circumstances beyond control or at employer's initiative (except for dismissal following guilty actions and labor violations), employee should be paid a severance pay in addition to his usual salary. The amount of the severance pay cannot be less than employee's average monthly salary.
Upon dismissal employee should also be compensated all unused annual leaves.
