Transfer of employee to another job

Transfer to another permanent job is possible only upon the consent of employee. Transfer to another permanent job shall be effectuated by introducing amendments to an employment contract and issuing a job transfer order by employer.

Temporary transfer to another job is permitted based on mutual agreement between employer and employee. Temporary transfer to another job without employee's consent is allowed when there is operational (business) necessity or work downtime. Employee cannot be transferred to work that is not advised for him for reasons related to health.
